may purchase when you send us your written and signed order by fax
or postal services.

Ordering by Fax:
Please include invoice and shipping address and phone number, your
PO number, contact and payment information (credit card or paymentadvice;
see below).

While or prices may change we don’t mention prices on our website.
Please call or email us for our most actual prices. You will receive
our price and orderinfo by email as a Excel sheet.
Please keep in mind that our email link is not intended for secure
transactions, so we don't recommend providing complete credit card
information by email.; The best option is to tell us what you
want by email: info@backshop.nl and call or fax your credit
card information.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your card is never charged until
the day we ship.
- You can send us your order by fax and ask for a pro-forma
invoice. We will send you our invoice so you can wire the total
amount to our bankaccount.
1. Credit Card Payment
Be sure to include the following details:
- Shipping address and phone number (include your fax number
if available). For corporate deliveries, be sure to include details
such as building and room number and recipients name.; We cannot
ship to post office boxes or APO addresses.
- Billing address of credit card and phone number
- Credit card type (Visa, MasterCard)
- Credit card number and expiration date and NAME as it appears
on the card
- Card Verification Value (CVV), 3-digit number located
on the back of your credit card (Visa and MasterCard only).
- The items you wish to order (Backshop website, pricelist
or catalogue numbers and brief descriptions and expected price).;
Please indicate if you want a partial shipment if your complete
order is not able to ship at one time.
- Desired shipping method (we transport by DHL/Airborne or
any courier you prefer (please add your courier and agreementnumber
on your order.
- Once the items have been shipped, we can provide a tracking
and tracing number given by your or our courier.
Note: For your protection, Backshop utilizes an address
verification system. If your card issuer does not support such a
feature, Backshop may request additional information.
If product is available, it normally ships the next business day
after receiving your order and when we have approval for your payment.

Orders: Recipient is responsible for all duties, customs
and any other fees charged by their respective country in association
with the shipment of the product. If recipient refuses shipment,
a credit will be issued less the cost of the shipping & handling
fees (including return shipping) plus any fees charged to Backshop
as mentioned above.
All products purchased directly from Backshop qualify for a 15
day money-back guarantee (only for technical problems), excluding
shipping/handling charges.
· If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact
Backshop to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions.;
Note:; To qualify for these terms, you must have purchased
directly from Backshop and must arrange for and pay the cost of
insured return shipping.
· We encourage and support our resellers in providing similar
terms.; However, if you purchase from a reseller it is your
responsibility to confirm their return policy and you must deal
directly with the reseller when arranging for a return.
All Backshop products are sold with a one year limited warranty,
unless otherwise noted in writing);
In some cases (noted on the product's individual web page) the original
manufacturer may offer a significantly longer warranty.
- Use of customer information:
Customer information is never provided to any other organization
or company.
- Credit card information:
For credit card purchases made, your credit card information is
stored online for a maximum of one business day in a not networking
or online computer. Once the order is processed by Backshop, this
information is permanently deleted from our system.
